Overpricing your home

The biggest mistake people make when they decide to sell their home is the price. Way too many people overprice their home. In this market, it just doesn't pay. Everyone out there is looking for a bargain, a shosrt sale, a forclosure, or the bank owned property. So don't think you are going to find someone who has no clue what is going on in the real estate industry and will pay top dollar for your home. That is just not going to happen. Home values have dropped in the past 6 months so be realistic. Set a price that the market will bear and you will sell your home.

Just my thoughts - have a great day.

Heritage Palms 55+ Community

So much more than just a golf community. Right now there are pink ribbons hanging on dozens of homes. Why? Because the Nifty Niners golf groups had a tournament to raise money for breast cancer. They sold pink ribbons to all their neighbors who proudly displayed them on trees, fences and bushes all around the community.
