Houses are selling!

Don't let all the doom and gloom you read about in the papers scare you. People are out there buying houses. A house that shows well and is priced right will sell. Many people come to the Coachella valley to buy a second home. Those buyers are still buying. Of course everyone is looking for a deal. I realize that there are a lot of homes that are being forclosed but, come on, not every sale is a bank repo. To sellers - be patient, to buyers be realistic.
There is mortgage money to be had and plenty of houses on the market. It is a great time to buy.
